As a trainee yoga teacher, my classes are based on a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. My aim is to help you find ways to bring balance to the mind, body and spirit. The physical element of my classes are based on the principle of functionality, embracing how each persons body has a unique makeup and therefore requires different variations in movement to thrive.
